It's not a heavy duty rope.

Do not go by the picture of the item if you are gauging the ropes diameter. The picture is deceiving by making the rope appear thicker than what you will actually receive in the mail.

It's a pull up rope....

this is nothing more than a piece of rope with a small carribeaner on each end. It's nothing special, but it does what I wanted it to, which is raise and lower my hunting bag when hunting from an elevated position. It's not tangle free, but not problematic with tangles either.

This gear hauling rope is a good purchase if you need a universal gear hoisting rope. The only reason I put 4 of 5 stars is because the clips aren't rubber coated. They are just non-glare black which isn't the end of the world but additional caution is needed to not have them come in contact with your climbing aid or treestand causing a loud metalic clank in the woods.
