Excellent with one minor flaw

I plan to use this bungee to hang on to a small clothes basket while I have it draped around my neck in a wheelchair around the house. It came in good condition but for one thing: There was a little 'dimple' right where the little safety hatch slides over the tip of one of the hooks, and it took a very large amount of force to push it off over the edge of the hook. That's not an issue for me since I don't plan on using them, but if that happens to someone else they will have to burnish off that extra dimple. It looks more or less like just an error in the molding or casting. Other then that, just fine.
